Two of my players have an issue as the title stated. They both use laptops with low specs. It could be the file size is too large. However, I cut up the image into pieces for better performance, so not sure. It’s weird though because when they zoomed in, the name tags are also enlarged. Not sure if the file size has anything to do with that.

There are 3 possible reasons for this, as far as I am aware.
I haven’t heard any reports of this issue myself but the staff might have. If the problem occurs again, please ask your players to bug report it.
Actually, I figured it out! The issue was my laptop players were using the touchpad and were pinching in to zoom in. The correct way to use the touchpad to zoom in on the astral plane is to use the scroll motion instead of pinching. It would be nice to have an actual button to zoom in and zoom out.
The + and - keys do zoom in and out respectively.
